In addition to the standard shapes included with the machine, you can choose from a large selection bronze dies that offer a variety of pasta shapes allowing you to vary the offering. The bronze dies* lend the pasta a signature exterior texture and finish that is unique to pasta made this way. These easy to use compact machines are all rated at 110V making them straight forward to place into an existing kitchen.
