Our talents and experience are diverse, and yet at Macoletta, we share the same passion for Italian food and hospitality.

We are all self-starters and passionate about what we do best and that is to serve you great Italian food with outmost respect and generosity. We believe in quality because no two pizzas are created equal. Our ingredients come from responsible and sustainable agriculture farming.

We try our hardest to make your visit at Macoletta a really special experience. Creativity and hospitality is at the heart of what we do. We are inspired by our neighborhood and are not afraid of trying something new. We pay attention to details, from the artwork on the walls to the food and drinks on the menu. Enzo Cangemi

Cocktail Creator

Vincenzo “Enzo” Cangemi’s inspiration is derived from memories of his childhood in the idyllic setting of Messina, Sicily. The tastes and smells of the surrounding agriculture of his hometown are noticeably evident in the drinks he creates. He has been featured on National and international TV show such PIX11 morning news, WSJ live. He also worked closely with Bacardi-Martini family. Working in high volume parties, such as Bacardi Triangle in PR, Martini Bar Pop up “Caffe Torino” at Tales of the cocktails 2015, and 2016 with The Spirit of Italy leaded by Giuseppe Gallo And Francesco Lanfranconi.
